1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the PostSafe application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Subscription Services

PostSafe offers Pro and Elite subscriptions. These are auto-renewable subscriptions processed via the Apple App Store. Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

3. Acceptable Use

PostSafe is a tool for auditing and optimizing content for Reddit. You agree not to use the app to generate spam, harassment, or content that violates Reddit's sitewide Content Policy. You are responsible for any content you publish to Reddit.

4. Limitation of Liability

PostSafe provides AI-generated suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that your posts will not be moderated or banned by Reddit. The final decision to post resides with you.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior towards our systems.
